We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have implemented the following refund policy:

• Booking Fee: The booking fee is non-refundable as it secures your preferred date and time for the photoshoot.

• Cancellation Prior to Shoot Date:

  • If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the scheduled photoshoot, you will receive a 50% refund of the total package price, excluding the booking fee.

  • If you cancel your booking less than 15 days before the scheduled photoshoot, no refund will be issued.

• Rescheduling: We understand that plans may change. We allow for one reschedule with at least 15 days' notice. Rescheduling fees may apply.

• Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will work with you to find an alternative date or offer a full refund
